Project Goal: To create a safer, more accessible, and enjoyable community space by upgrading the park, resurfacing the road, pavilion and installing new ADA-compliant playground equipment.

Project Timeline:

Phase 1 –Playground Demolition

• Monday, October 13, 2025

Phase 2 – Award of Contracts

• Wednesday, October 15, 2025, Boro Hall Council meeting 7 pm

Phase 3 –Excavation and Installation of Drainage

• On or about October 20, 2025, depending on required submittals by the contractor, Mobilization and site preparation is anticipated to begin
• Anticipated sequence of construction to include excavation/grading of the new playground area followed by
• Installation of Drainage
• Reconstruction of Park Roadway, including the installation of curbing
• Earthwork for new building pads
• Asphalt surfacing of reconstruction park roadway.
• Restoration of Disturbed Areas.

Phase 4- Playground, Barn and Pavilion Installation

• To follow Excavation
• Installation of ADA-compliant playground equipment
• Pouring of rubber safety surface
• Installation of barn and pavilion

Phase 5 – Park Enhancements

• To follow Installation
• Landscaping and tree planting
• Benches
