Tax Collection
Tax bills are mailed in July of each year. The tax payments are due the first of February, May, August, and November.
There is a ten (10) day grace period. Please remember that it is not the date you mail your payment in, rather it is the date we receive your payment that determines the payment date.
When a mortgage company or bank is responsible for the tax payment, your tax bill will be noted as “Advise Only”. If you receive a tax bill that should be sent to a bank or mortgage company, please forward the bill to the appropriate company.
