The annual HALLOWEEN PARADE will be on Friday, October 31st, 2008. Parade starts at 7:30PM at the Round Valley United Methodist Church parking lot and proceeds to the Lebanon Borough Elementary School. Sponsored by the Lebanon Borough Recreation Commission.
