Join us for Senior Fitness and Fun Program on Wednesdays, 11:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M starting on September 6, 2017 at the Lebanon Borough Hall found on 6 High Street, featuring exercises that anyone can do! Stretching, flexibility, balance, and strength will all be foused on.
The exercise class format is about 80% seated and 20% standing using the chair for balance and stability. Music includes party hits of the 60s, 70s, and 80s. Light dumbbell weights will be used. The class will be led by Susuan Jones, AFAA Certified Group Excercise Instructor.
