Come celebrate Hunterdon's Heritage in 2016. As we honor the 240th anniversary of the beginning of the Revolutionary War, the Hunterdon 300th will be bringing you an amazing lecture and tour series about The Revolutionary War in Hunterdon!
This September kicks off with a bang! Starting on September 10th join parks expert Peter Osborne for a walk through history on a tour of both sides of the Delaware River in the two Washington Crossing State Parks. Follow in the footsteps of General Washington beginning in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and ending in what was Hunterdon (now Mercer) County, New Jersey. On September 24th be part of the 3rd Annual “Cemenar,” Rest in Peace? Not In NJ! presented by the Mount Amwell Project, which works to preserve and protect American Heroes' Graves.
